I’m fascinated by the connections that shape how people and organizations work.
I believe meaningful change happens when people and organizations work better together. Through systems thinking, design research, and visual storytelling, I help teams bring clarity to complexity by revealing the relationships that shape how work gets done. Together, we uncover opportunities, build shared understanding, and design better ways for people and organizations to thrive.
Charles SchwabSenior Manager, Service Design · 2025 – Present
I work within enterprise transformation, helping teams understand and redesign the complex operational systems behind wealth management services. My work spans service design discovery, operational research, systems mapping, and cross-functional alignment, with a focus on identifying opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
AdventHealthDesign Manager / Service Design Lead · 2019 – 2025
At AdventHealth's Design Center, I worked across healthcare to bring human-centered design to complex organizational and service challenges. I partnered with executives, clinicians, and frontline teams to research opportunities, envision new services, and translate insights into concepts and prototypes across the patient and employee experience.
Across both organizations, my work has centered on making complex systems visible, creating shared understanding, and helping teams move from ambiguity toward meaningful change.
Outside of work, I enjoy pursuing hands-on creative practices that balance my systems-oriented thinking. You'll often find me strength training, throwing clay on the pottery wheel, or painting outdoors—activities that remind me to slow down, observe closely, and embrace the iterative nature of creating something meaningful.
